He’s always been such a soft spoken gentle guy. I grew up listening to his band blink 182 and the other guys were so outrageous and over the top energy, then there’s this tattooed bald intimidating looking drummer who was always quiet and gentle during interviews. It was a trip to watch. He gives such energy when drumming but is so soft everywhere else. I think he’d be great doing soothing audiobooks or meditation for bed lol I could listen to him talk for hours. I also think his plane accident changed him too. He lost his friends, almost died himself, and went thru the worst recovery imaginable and it really affected him. He didn’t fly for years after and rarely talked about it. When he finally did open up publicly and do some interviews it was heartbreaking. He’s such an amazing human and he knows how lucky he is to still be here, he doesn’t waste his time. I’m really happy to see him becoming popular again. He never went away in my opinion but he did take some time off to focus on himself but now he’s back with all these younger artists, doing collabs in every genre, even engaged to a kardashian so he’s in the public spotlight all the time now. I’m glad the younger generation is getting to experience such a talented, amazing human.

I met him a while back and he's genuinely like this such a nice calm guy. My friend and I were shaking meeting him and he was so sweet and calmed us down. I also saw a girl get upset crying because her photo with him was bad and he made sure she got another one.
i actually appreciate the suit so much more seeing him move in it and being able to actually catch the tailor. the photos don’t do it enough justice. great choice Chris & Travis

I've loved his music since I was 11 years old in 2001. He is an amazing performer, his personality is so tame and sweet. His tattoos are so mesmerizing if you sit and look at each one. So happy for him.

Dave with Nirvana, Chad with the Peppers, Copeland with the Police, Neil Peart, Jimmy Chamberlain, Perkins and I got to see Buddy Rich live when I was 13 with my Grandfather at Oak Brook Mall and let me tell you TRAVIS BARKER LIVE IS UNREAL. He is so skilled and fast, funky, punky and never waiver on his timing playing lightning fast. You know how hard it is to play double time with your adrenaline pumping, lights heating you up, a large crowd and he will end at the same tempo he started. I love Travis. He's a beast..
